To shop at Whirl Cup, you must be 18 years of age, or have a guardian’s permission. When ordering products, you enter into a contract with Whirl Cup. All the products on our website are meant for immediate delivery, and all of our prices include tax inside the EU and exclude tax outside the EU. We strive to reproduce reality as accurately as possible in regard to color and proportion, but cannot guarantee that the images on this website exactly reflect the real appearance of the products.
RIGHT OF RETURN
If you regret your purchase, or a product from your order, you must let us now within 14 days of receiving the products. For your return to be approved, the product must be undamaged, unused, and inside its original packaging. As a customer, you assume the risk of delivery, including any damage or misdelivery. Once we receive the return and confirm that the product is intact, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you of the return. Please note that we are not able to retrieve parcels from post offices, if the package goes to a post office it will be returned to you as a sender.
FORCE MAJEURE
If any of the following events were to disturb the delivery or sale of your order, Whirl Cup is not obligated to complete its contracts: Strikes, war, national states of emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal market downturns, actions by the government, criminal activity targeting the company, major accidents, blockades.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORTATION
If you discover damages to your package when retrieving it at the postal service location, you are to immediately notify the postal employee. The customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping.
